Wellness, Health, Fitness










 Wellness, Health, and Fitness are key parts to a good lifestyle, if you take care of your body and exercise everyday, your body will function the way it has to. Which is good and productive. Americans who take care of themselves and manage their lifestyles are healthier, more productive, have fewer absences from work, and make fewer demands for medical service. Health is the well being of a person. People who make good healthy choices seem to live a better lifestyle than those who do not make that many healthy choices. If you have a good health than you are disease free and do not get sick that often because you eat the right things. You have to eat fruits and vegetables, drink water everyday and simply make very good food choices. Instead of eating junk food, eat some carrot sticks or any other fruit or vegetable so you can feel better. The healthier you are the more satisfied your body will feel and work. You need to exercise everyday for at least thirty minutes a day to be fit. Fitness doesn't include strength, speed, power, and coordination as all people think it does. To be fit just simply means to have a good and healthy lifestyle. You can walk, jog, play a sport, aerobics or do anything you enjoy as long as you are not sitting down doing nothing, so you can have a good and proper fitness. Wellness, health, and fitness are three key parts in your daily routine lifestyle to keep your body satisfied. If you Choose The Right then to have good wellness, health, and fitness will not be that hard to accomplish.
